Section I. Definitions

1. Website - the official internet platform through which services are provided for real Instagram followers.

2. Service - the delivery of real, active Instagram followers, without the use of bots and fake accounts.

3. Customer - any natural or legal person who places an order through the website.

4. Profile - Instagram account specified by the client for gaining followers.

5. Operator / We - the owner and administrator of the website providing the service.

Section II. Basic

1. These rules govern the relationship between the operator and the client.

2. The customer agrees to these terms by using the service and/or placing an order.

3. It is not permitted to use the service to violate the laws of the country or applicable international law.

4. The website reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

5. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions page regularly.

6. Continuing to use the service after changes means agreement to the new terms.

Section III. Orders

1. Orders are placed via an electronic form available on the website.

2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including a correct Instagram link and email address.

3. The service is not provided for Instagram accounts that are locked. The client is required to make their account public until the service is completed.

4. The prices of the services are published on the website and are subject to change without notice.

5. Payments are made via specified payment methods - card, PayPal, Revolut, cryptocurrencies and others.

6. The website does not collect or store bank card information.

7. An order is considered accepted and processed only after confirmed payment.

8. Order processing begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

9. Delivery time depends on the package chosen - usually between 1 and 5 business days. In case of delay, the customer will be notified by email.

10. The service guarantees real profiles, but cannot guarantee that all followers will stay forever.

11. If the number of followers drops within 14 days of the order, a free replenishment is offered.

12. The client is responsible for any actions on their own Instagram account that may impede performance.

13. The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is started.

14. After the start of performance - refund is allowed only in case of proven technical impossibility to perform the service.

15. In case of violation of the terms by the client - no refund is due.

Section IV. Disputes

1. All questions and complaints are submitted by email.

2. The website commits to responding to the inquiry within 3 business days.

3. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact us for informal resolution.

4. If resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, the parties may proceed to mediation or legal proceedings.
